FOODSAF –Catering Sanitizer

FOODSAF is a multipurpose catering sanitizer designed to significantly reduce the levels of bacteria and other organisms present on food preparation surfaces. FOODSAF is presented in tablet form, dissolved in water and used for a wide range of disinfection purposes.

It has the following qualities:

FOODSAF tablets dissolved in a measured amount of potable (tap) water in your sink, bowl or salad washing machinery, will provide an environment that will reduce bacteria to safe levels and minimize the risk of passing on unwanted bugs to your customers, without fear of deterioration of taste or quality of food prepared.

FOODSAF tablets have been proven effective against escherichia coli, salmonella, listeria monocytogenes, campylobacter and staphylococcus aureus.

FOODSAF has been proven in independent trials to significantly reduce TPC (Total Plate Count) levels of bacteria consistently to< 100. < 100 is classified ‘commercially sterile’.

FOODSAF is packed in jars of 30 tablets and 100 tablets and are available in all leading pharmacies, supermarkets and filling station shops.

BIOSPOT

BIOSPOT Effervescent Chlorine Tablets are based on a dry chlorine donor, sodium dichloriosocyanurate (NaDCC), which is blended with effervescent components and compressed into tablet form. The result is a fast dissolving, highly convenient, safer and more accurate alternative to liquid bleach. BIOSPOT, when dissolved in water at various strengths can be used for disinfection and sterilizing purposes in hospitals, clinics, maternity homes, food processing establishments and homes.

BIOSPOT has been proven to have a broad spectrum of biocidal effect including both Gram +ve and Gram –ve bacteria, HBV and HIV. Tests carried out using 3 strains of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus have proved that BIOSPOT chlorine tablets dissolved in water and diluted to strength a of 1,000ppm available chlorine achieved a >6 lg10 kill all 3 test strains in 2 minutes under both clean and dirty conditions.

OASIS Water Purification Tablets

OASIS water purification tablets are rapid dissolving chlorine tablets lethal to pathogenic bacteria, viruses, spores, algae, fungi and cysts and are suitable for applications in emergency water disinfection, water tanks and systems.
