“Check Check” and Tea Sellers on Board

In an effort to curb the menace of HIV/AIDS, GSMF hopes to make its brands of condoms available everywhere at all times. This is why GSMF has joined forces with two associations formed and managed by Nestle to begin a new campaign against the spread of HIV/AIDS by increasing the availability of condoms late at night.

The two groups are Maggi Fast Foodsellers Association of Ghana (MAFFAG) popularly known as ‘Check Check” and Nestle Tea Sellers Association of Ghana (NESTAG). Members of these associations who work late into the night, provide food to a large percentage of the populace. They can be found in all the ten regions of Ghana.

The objective of this programme is to take care of the many people who go out at night when most of the traditional outlets that sell condoms are closed.
